West Creek pork is all-natural and hand-selected for good marbling and color. This product is a step up from the commodity pork you find in many supermarkets. This pork comes from hogs with Duroc genetics from a single source mid-west family farm.
Duroc pork has a higher PH level which means the pork is darker in color and is more tender.
Pork butt, also known as Boston butt, is the most common cut used for pulled pork, a staple of southeast barbecue.
There are two pork butts per package. Total weight between 15-17lb.
