All-natural and hand-selected for good marbling and color.  This product is a step up from the commodity pork you find in many supermarkets.  This pork comes from hogs with Duroc genetics from a single source mid-west family farm.

Duroc pork has a higher PH level which means the pork is darker in color and is more tender.
