Unfortunately due to recent changes in shipping rates for UPS and FedEx we are no longer shipping to Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, Kansas & New Mexico. In addition to their annual rate increase both carriers now charge a $24 surcharge on all boxes over 50 pounds. In order to ensure your product arrives fresh we ship so that the shipment will not sit in a freight warehouse over the weekend or on holidays. Shipments are processed Monday through Wednesday* for Tuesday through Thursday delivery. Orders must be placed by midnight (CST) in order to ship out the following standard shipping day.
We only offer Standard Shipping (1-2 business days-transit time) at this time.
Standard Shipping charge for Texas is $15.99. One rate, one charge for your entire order.
Standard Shipping charge for Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana is $17.99. One rate, one charge for your entire order.

To help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, each order is shipped in an insulated box and layered with frozen ice gel packs.
The delivery date and time for your orders is based on your ordering date, shipping method selected and the delivery location.
All orders must ship to a street address (no PO Boxes).
Since we do not ship meat and wood in the same box, if you have meat and wood on the same order you will get 2 boxes with your order. If your order is large we may also use multiple boxes for meat.

We will make every attempt to fulfill orders based on date they are placed; however holidays and other unforeseen circumstances can force exceptions to delivery. Below are important shipping notes to keep in mind when placing your order.
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Make sure to double-check addresses.
Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.
No signature is required for online shipments so it is the customer's responsibility to make sure to check the tracking number and note when delivery is scheduled to make sure you will be able to receive product promptly once delivered. If no individual is available when the package is delivered, UPS will generally leave outside the delivery address unless arrangements have been made otherwise at that delivery address.
Please note that on these holidays UPS does not provide service and there may be delays to your delivery: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

In order to ensure meat arrives fresh and in perfect condition orders are packed inside a styrofoam lined box and covered in frozen gel packs. We use Bio-Bubble bubble wrap for space filler. Bio Bubble contains a special formula called d2W. This formula will cause Bio Bubble to breakdown after it is discarded and brought to a landfill site. Once in a landfill, an environment where sunlight, heat, water and stress are present, the Bio Bubble will begin to decompose. Once decomposition has occurred the only by-products that result are small amounts of CO2, H20 and biomass that serve as nutrients for soil microbes. For gel packs we have recently started using Nordic Ice Drain Safe™ packs. Nordic Ice Drain Safe™ gels are non-toxic, safe for food and pharmaceutical shipments and can be disposed of by simply pouring the contents down a household drain once thawed. However these packs are designed to be used again and again if you have the need. Our packaging has been tested to withstand even the hottest Summer heat.
Refunds & Returns
We are not able to take returns on meat, spices(rubs), or wood. However, if you feel a product you received does not meet your expectations please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receipt of your product and we will gladly review your individual order situation. Providing pictures in addition to a description of any issue with your order will help us to complete the review process more quickly. The review process should take no longer than 2 business days from date of initiation.
