We are only shipping to locations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas & Louisiana at this time, but please stay tuned as we grow we will expand our service.

***FOR THE WEEK OF THANKSGIVING WE WILL ONLY SHIP ORDERS ON MONDAY 11/20.  ANY ORDERS PLACED MONDAY 11/20 THROUGH SUNDAY 11/26 WILL SHIP ON MONDAY 11/27***

In order to ensure your product arrives fresh we ship so that the shipment will not sit in a freight warehouse over the weekend or on holidays.  Shipments are processed Monday through Wednesday* for Tuesday through Friday delivery.  Orders must be placed by midnight (CST) in order to ship out the following standard shipping day.

We only offer Standard Shipping (1-3 business days) at this time.

Standard Shipping charge is $14.99.  One rate, one charge for your entire order.

For Standard Shipping: 

Order on Sunday and it ships Monday.  

Order on Monday and it ships Tuesday.

Order on Tuesday and it ships Wednesday (Texas only).

*For Standard Shipping in Texas, if you place an order Wednesday through Sunday it will ship the following Monday.  For Standard Shipping outside Texas we only ship orders on Monday and Tuesday so if you place an order Tuesday through Sunday it will ship the following Monday.

To help ensure your order arrives in excellent condition, each order is shipped in an insulated box and layered with frozen ice gel packs.

The delivery date and time for your orders is based on your ordering date, shipping method selected and the delivery location.

All orders must ship to a street address (no PO Boxes).

Since we do not ship meat and wood in the same box, if you have meat and wood on the same order you will get 2 boxes with your order.

Other Important Shipping Notes to Remember:

We will make every attempt to fulfill orders based on date they are placed; however holidays and other unforeseen circumstances can force exceptions to delivery. Below are important shipping notes to keep in mind when placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. Make sure to double-check addresses. 

  • Inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to be delayed beyond our control. We are not responsible for shipment delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions.

  • No signature is required for online shipments so it is the customer's responsibility to make sure to check the tracking number and note when delivery is scheduled to make sure you will be able to receive product promptly once delivered. If no individual is available when the package is delivered, UPS will generally leave outside the delivery address unless arrangements have been made otherwise at that delivery address.

  • Please note that on these holidays UPS does not provide service and there may be delays to your delivery: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.

  • If for any reason there will be a delay in shipment or back-ordered product situation, you will be contacted directly by us.

Packaging

In order to ensure meat arrives fresh and in perfect condition orders are packed inside a styrofoam lined box and covered in frozen gel packs.  Our packaging has been tested to withstand even the hottest Summer heat.

Refunds & Returns

We are not able to take returns on meat, spices(rubs), or wood. However, if you feel a product you received does not meet your expectations please email us at jay.vinson@republicofbbq.com within 7 days of receipt of your product and we will gladly assist you to review your individual order situation. Providing pictures and or a description of any issue with your order will help us to complete the review process more quickly. The review process should take no longer than 2 business days from date of initiation.
